About the brand
“Leka” comes from the first letters of our pet kids (Lilo, Elvis and Kody); combined with the word pets, it provides a descriptive explanation of the brand’s territory. It was born out of the desire to provide the optimal online client experience for the wellbeing of our furry loved ones.
Logomark creation
One day an aspiring, 5 year old artist, drew the original sketch for our brand and it quickly became part of our hero logo. A bouncy little cat is genuinely happy, carefree and, of course, well fed!
Why these colors
Our primary palette is composed of three main colors: purple, yellow, and green. Two warm and one cool colors are
in contrast. Purple and yellow make up 80% of the palette (40/40% respective split), while the green is the remaining 20% of the total. Purple represents fun, trust, loyalty – the unique value of Lekapets. Yellow is associated with happiness and energy, while the green, very common in nature, represents life, food and hope.
